World's Largest and Most Advanced MRP Manufacturing Plant

Lehigh Technologies owns the world’s largest MRP manufacturing plant, located just outside of Atlanta in Tucker, Georgia, with 140 million pounds of annual production capacity. Lehigh Technologies is currently completing the European expansion in Olsztyn, Poland.  This will enable Lehigh to service the European market and further display their commitment to solve the global tire problem.

We bring a specialty chemicals mindset to our manufacturing operations, prioritizing process and personnel safety and meeting the highest international standards.

Our Commitment to Process Quality, Safety and Reliability

Lehigh serves markets where control of product quality is critical to the performance of the final product. Accordingly, we set the highest standards when we choose our feedstock sources. At our Application and Development Center (ADC), we routinely test MRP from different end-of-life rubber materials in model formulations to ensure that product performance meets market and customer expectations.

We apply this same care to MRP production. Manufacturing lines are managed using a state-of-the-art process control system with a “human machine interface” (HMI), allowing us to control dozens of important process parameters simultaneously. This helps our production engineers to deliver the highest-quality MRP with high productivity and consistency.

We believe process safety controls that meet precise specifications and personnel safety are critical to running a productive and reliable manufacturing plant, and Lehigh is both ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified. Continuous investment in equipment and systems, on-going safety training and meeting environmental, health and safety (EHS) common standards are core elements of our production management system.
